* removed check saves (which gives the ability to load a savestate made from any offline user is Live, and editing seiwa without recalculating the checksum)
* disabled scanning of files listed in files.txt (analog FileCheckFix.asi)
* returned the ability to run the debugger in the critical error (instead of sending the report)
* open write access to segments of code and .rdata (not required to do VirtualProtect to change any of this .asi)
* disabled run RGSC (from update 6, RGSC moved to SecuromLauncher and can not be disabled legal means)
* moved the directory salami (see below)
